NATPAK a division of Biohealth Development, is an innovative Australian company with established manufacturing capability that provides dry powder blending production and packaging services to external (contract) customers.

Specialising in blending products for the sports nutrition, general nutrition and health food markets, NATPAK provides a full range of services including custom formulation, powder blending and filling, product development, raw material and packaging sourcing.

NATPAK has the ability to pack into sachets, HDPE containers and pails in sizes ranging from 30g to 8kg or bulk 10kg to 20kg bags. NATPAK also has the facility to pack BULKA BAGS up to 800 kilos for both domestic and export.

NATPAK offers a graphic design service providing customers with an integrated process to take their products from concepts to commercialisation.

The manufacturing facility has been awarded the following accreditations and endorsements from a variety of industry bodies. These include:

AQIS standard for Dairy product and processed food exports
Biohealth Development is registered to produce, store and export dairy products and processed foods from Australia.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point standard (HACCP)
This is an internationally recognised system, which is becoming the world standard for ensuring safety and quality in the manufacture of food and nutraceuticals. Biohealth Development is accredited by SAFE Food Queensland (Australia)

Principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
This national certification endorses that Biohealth products are fully traceable and manufactured in clean conditions and free of contaminants.
